• Online services provided by the Badria Alumni Association are intended exclusively for registered alumni and eligible users of Badria Institutions.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the personal details and documents provided during registration or payment are accurate and valid.
• Any booking, registration, or application made through the website is non-transferable.
• Users must adhere to the timelines and conditions specified for each service or event offered through the portal.
• The Association reserves the right to request identity verification at the time of service utilization, event entry, or alumni interaction.
• The Association does not accept responsibility for personal loss, damages, or unforeseen incidents occurring during alumni events, gatherings, or institutional visits.
• The Badria Alumni Association reserves the right to cancel or modify any registration, event, or service due to administrative reasons, unforeseen circumstances, or policy changes without prior notice.
• The Association may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued usage of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
• All decisions by the Management regarding disputes, eligibility, or refunds (where applicable) are final and binding.

Event / Facility Booking Terms (If Applicable)

• Event or facility bookings must be made within the timelines specified for each program.
• Bookings are limited based on availability and may be capped per alumni member.
• A confirmation receipt (email / SMS / printed copy) must be presented upon arrival or entry.
• The person in whose name the booking is made must be physically present with a valid ID matching the one used during the booking.
• Any refundable security deposit will be reimbursed only if there are no damages or violations of rules.
• Illegal activities, misuse of facilities, or misconduct may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and associated privileges.
