• Cancellation of event registrations or paid bookings is permitted only within the timelines specified during booking.
• Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service or event, including:
  • Cancellations within the permitted timeframe may receive up to a 75% refund, processed within 20 working days.
  • Same-day cancellations (where permitted) may receive up to a 90% refund.
  • Any booking or service charge is strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations or modifications are not allowed after the cut-off window.
• Management reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims based on verification.
